Note: This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and all other policies, disclaimers, etc available on the Website of CyberTron Global and shall be read in conjunction.
  • India & Other Countries.

  • For Physical Products :

Currently CyberTron Global delivers within Express Cities, Courier Cities, and Limited Remote Cities & Online Digital Deliveries.

You acknowledge that the requested delivery time is non-binding. The estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.

 

Delivery may take longer due to:

  • Bad weather

  • Natural Calamity

  • Political disruptions

  • National Lockdown

  • Unavailability of the product

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

  • Any issue with the courier company

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates.

Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least five days in advance for delivery within India and 15 days in advance in the case of International countries (except India).

Products that are hand delivered cannot be delivered along with courier products. The date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered prior to or after the chosen date of delivery. You acknowledge that the requested delivery date is non-binding. We attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and the re-delivery will not be possible. But for another delivery attempt, an additional delivery charge would be applicable as per the courier service available with us.

We will consider the order delivery executed in the below cases:

  • Wrong shipping/delivery address.

  • Recipient not available.

  • Premises locked.

  • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

  • Wrong contact number provided by the customer.

  • The receiver did not receive the call from the courier company.

  • The residential delivery address is shifted or closed.

  • The official delivery address is shifted or closed.

As our 3rd party courier partners may call the customer, if they are not able to locate the delivery address and if the customer does not receive the call, in that case, the attempt of delivery shall be considered. In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour/guard. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery. Deliveries may not be done on Sundays and on the Public Holidays, for products that are delivered by hand.

If there is no one available at the shipping/delivery addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability, or claim of refund can be made.

As we use 3rd party courier services, the delivery time and the delivery days are not fixed but once the product is delivered successfully, we will notify the customer of the successful delivery by email, soon, once it is successfully completed.
  • For Digital Products :
The digital products enlisted on the website, will each have a different duration for delivery, depending upon the type and time required to fulfil the online order. The details of the delivery time and delivery medium, for each product/service is mentioned in each of the product description details. Digital product once delivered by email, skype or WhatsApp will be considered to be complete and the order shall be marked complete. And to provide the correct email id, skype id or WhatsApp number, is the sole responsibility of the client and if those details are incomplete or wrong, then CyberTron Global will not be held responsible by any terms, for the non-delivery of the order which was placed. The date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered prior to or after the chosen date of delivery. You acknowledge that the requested delivery date is non-binding. Any digital product showcased on the website here is liable for only 'Digital Online Delivery'. Physical delivery for any type of digital product or service is NOT possible. 
  • For Professional Service Packages :
The professional services like Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Multimedia Production and Addon Products, enlisted on the website, will each have a different duration for delivery, depending upon the type and time required to fulfil the online order and mainly dependant on the package (duration - Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly) opted by the client. The details of the delivery time and delivery medium, for each product/service is mentioned in each of the product/service description details. The date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered prior to or after the chosen date of delivery. You acknowledge that the requested delivery date is non-binding and it is just an estimate. 
  • Delivery of Courier Products :

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Shipping Disclaimer or in the Terms and Conditions, in the event, the order is made to deliver through any courier agency or any third party, CYBERTRON GLOBAL does not make any representation or warranty in relation to the delivery of such order. The products will be delivered through any courier company and the delivery made by them are subject to the Terms and Conditions of such courier companies. For products that are shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered prior to or after the chosen date of delivery. You acknowledge that the requested delivery date is non-binding. The estimated delivery date depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be shipped and delivered.

Our courier partners do not call always, prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address and if the product returns back to us, then to re-attempt the delivery of the product, the extra delivery charge shall be applied. No deliveries are made by third party courier agencies on a Sunday and on Public Holidays. All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your order.

Courier partners sometimes have some delays due to holidays, strikes and some other reasons like natural calamities, political disruptions, bad weather conditions, strike, etc. In case if the recipient is unavailable, at the time of delivery or if the delivery location is incorrect or the recipient refuses to take the delivery, the delivery shall be deemed to have been made and order shall be marked as completed. The courier company will attempt to deliver the package only once, before the parcel returns back to the point of origin. And in the event the delivery is not executed during the attempts, you shall still be charged for the order and no refund claims would be considered valid.

We will consider the order delivery executed in the below cases:

  • Wrong shipping/delivery address.

  • Recipient not available.

  • Premises locked.

  • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

  • Wrong contact number provided by the customer.

  • The Receiver did not receive the call from the courier company.

  • The residential delivery address is shifted or closed.

  • The official delivery address is shifted or closed.

And once the order is considered to be 'Executed / Delivered', according to the terms and conditions mentioned in our policies, there shall be no eligibility granted for the refund claim and refund will not be possible.
